Simplified Client Onboarding

At Eildon Financial we want to take the stress away from organising your finances and let you plan for your future. That’s why we have a simplified client onboarding process where we use technology and electronic signatures as much as we can.

We charge set fees for various steps in the advice process to ensure you have the chance to only pay for what you need and can walk away at any point.

Below explains in summary what you can expect our onboarding process to look like:

Time – 30 Mins

Objective – This meeting is a chance to get to know each other and discuss your immediate needs and longer term objectives.

Outcome – After the meeting we will provide you with a Scope of Advice report which contains fee disclosure and issue our Client Pack for completion.

Is there a fee payable? – No this step is free of charge.

Time – 30 Mins

Objective – To go through a Risk Presentation

Outcome – To agree a Risk level and ensure the Client Pack is complete.

Is there a fee payable? – No this step is free of charge.

Time – 1.30 Hr

Objective – To present the initial findings and analysis

Outcome – Decision to proceed to a full recommendation report.

Is there a fee payable?

There may be a set fee for analysis of existing plans or cashflow forecasting and this will be set out in the Scope of Advice report.

Time – 1.30 Hr

Objective – To issue the Financial Planning report.

Outcome – To ensure satisfaction with advice.

Is there a fee payable?

Yes, we charge a fee for a Financial Planning Report and this will be set out in the Scope of Advice report.

Time – 1.30 Hr

Objective – To create a Financial Review Report and supporting Review Pack.

Outcome –To ensure we have your most up to date details, assess the use of tax allowances, inspect returns and products and update your financial plan.

Is there a fee payable?

This will fall within your ongoing servicing fee.
